Multi-channel selling: Amazon, eBay, Etsy Advanced
Selling in several places means keeping stock, listings and orders in sync, so you don't sell the last unit twice.
What you'll learn
- Picking a source of truth
- Syncing stock
- Avoiding overselling
Before you start
- The Grok Bot app, installed and signed in. New? See where to download it and installing and signing in.
- API access for each channel (see the API guides).
1. One source of truth
Pick one place where your stock count lives: your store or a sheet. All channels follow it.
2. Steps
- Connect each channel: Amazon SP-API, eBay, Etsy.
- Match products across channels with the same SKU.
- When an order arrives anywhere, lower stock in the source of truth.
- Push the new quantity to every channel.
3. Avoid overselling
- Keep a small buffer (list 1 less than you have).
- Sync often; use webhooks or notifications where available.
- Alert yourself if counts disagree.
Ideas to try
- Growing seller.
Match my Etsy and eBay listings by SKU and list mismatches.
